We're the dedicated psychiatry and mental health service of Outcome Health, a Melbourne primary care organisation operating in Victoria since 2007. The clinic is dedicated and deliberate, the parent is established, and shared care is the default.

We built this clinic so GPs have somewhere reliable to send people, and patients can actually get an appointment.

Consultant Psychiatrist
MBBS, FRANZCP · Adult psychiatry, with a clinical focus on ADHD
Dr Jaideep provides specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, including medication management and ongoing psychiatric care. By preference, he is not photographed.
Consultant Psychiatrist
MBChB (Pret), DMH (SA), FCPsych (SA), FRANZCP · Mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, adult ADHD and addiction
Dr Hurter is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist who treats adults with complex mental health needs. He has a special interest in mood disorders (including depression and bipolar), OCD, anxiety disorders, adult ADHD, and the care of people managing both mental health and substance-related problems.
Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
RN, MHNP · Intake, care coordination, ongoing support
Lisa is our Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She runs the intake consultation with every new patient and is the first clinician you deal with between psychiatry reviews.
Mental Health Nurse
RN, MHN · Ongoing support, review and therapy-informed care
Kate is our Mental Health Nurse. She provides ongoing support between psychiatry appointments and is a steady point of contact for patients during treatment.

Bron manages the practice day to day. She is the person you’ll most likely speak with when you call or enquire.
The parent organisation
Outcome Health is a Melbourne primary care organisation founded in 2007. It runs general practice services, the POLAR data network used by clinicians across Victoria, and now this dedicated psychiatry clinic. The benefit for patients: the backing of an established organisation, proper clinical governance, and a clinic that will still be here next year.
